Whitney Nursing and Rehab, Whitney Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 101 S San Marcus St, Whitney, TX 76692, USA Deliver and supervise resident care in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff during assigned shifts. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the physician. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
