Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience serving school-aged children, especially at the elementary level
• Familiarity with IEP development, goal tracking, and compliance with school policies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of 16 students in 3K through 3rd grade
• Work onsite two days each week, preferably Mondays and Wednesdays, to ensure consistent support
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers and other school professionals to integrate therapy objectives into students’ daily activities
• Engage with parents, offering guidance and updates on student progress
