This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist seeking to work with students from 3K through 3rd grade in a school setting. With a dedicated caseload of 16 students, your expertise will contribute to helping children achieve their communication milestones and classroom success.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience providing speech therapy in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide thorough documentation
• Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 16 students in grades 3K-3rd
• Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Write, maintain, and update IEPs and progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and educational staff to support students’ progress in the school environment
• Offer guidance and resources to families to encourage practice and improvement at home
• Provide therapy sessions two days per week, preferred on Mondays and Wednesdays
