General Cleanup | Marion, Virginia | Daily Pay Available!

 

We have a construction project in Marion, Virginia wrapping up its final stages and we need 2 dependable laborers to help get the site cleaned up and ready for completion. The work is straightforward — but we need people who show up every single day and get after it. No experience required. No drama required. Just show up, work hard, and get paid.

Daily pay is available. That means if you work today, you can get paid today. No waiting until Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

• Final stage construction site cleanup — sweeping, hauling debris, and clearing materials

• Loading and removing construction waste and leftover materials from the site

• Wiping down, cleaning, and prepping finished areas for final walkthrough

• Moving and stacking materials, equipment, and supplies as directed

• Working alongside the crew to get the site ready for project completion

• Keeping the job site safe by removing hazards and maintaining a clean work environment

• Taking direction from the site supervisor and staying busy throughout the shift

What We Need From You

• Show up every day — this site is in its final push and we cannot afford no-shows

• Your own reliable transportation to get to the job site in Marion, VA every morning

• A hard hat, work boots, and gloves — you must bring your own PPE to the site

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift

• Willingness to do whatever cleanup task needs to be done — no job too small

• A no-excuses attitude — the site has a deadline and the crew is counting on you

• No prior construction experience required — if you can work hard, you can do this job

The Details

• Location: Marion, Virginia — you must have your own transportation to get there

• Positions available: 2

• Schedule: Monday through Friday — hours based on job site needs

• Duration: Project is in final stages — work available now through project completion

• Pay: $16/hr

• Daily pay available — get paid the same day you work if needed
