Senior Accountant

An established organization is adding a Senior Accountant to its finance team to support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. Position Highlights Stable and team-oriented environment Exposure to leadership and operational teams Competitive compensation and strong benefits offering Opportunity for long-term professional growth Primary Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Support preparation of financial statements and internal reporting packages Analyze general ledger activity and investigate variances Maintain compliance with accounting policies and procedures Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with audit preparation and external auditor requests Participate in process improvement and system enhancement initiatives Support ad hoc financial and accounting projects as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations Experience working through monthly close processes Proficiency with Excel and ERP/accounting systems Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
