Job Opportunity: Hematologist

Our organization is currently seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist to join the Division of Hematology/Oncology at our medical center. This role is integral to the advancement of our clinical and research initiatives.

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Provide strong leadership within the department.
• Enhance both clinical and research programs.
• Assist in attracting top-tier talent to our practice.
• Champion high-quality patient care and service excellence.

Key responsibilities will encompass both inpatient and outpatient care. The ideal candidate will engage actively in our multidisciplinary translational clinical care research and oversee a comprehensive array of clinical treatment protocols. Teaching duties will involve mentoring fellows, residents, and medical students as assigned.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, which includes:

• Starting salary ranging from $159,000 to $985,945, based on academic rank and experience.
