Time Commitment Minimum 10 hours per week up to 30 hours per week. Ability to schedule maximum hours for an in‑depth experience. Benefits Internship offers experience in public relations, marketing, and social media campaigns within a large public agency. Basic Function Support staff in developing communication materials and multimedia products, and assist in timely and accurate dissemination of information to district stakeholders and the community. Initial/Minimum Qualifications Provide documentation demonstrating eligibility as described below. Education and Experience Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university majoring in Public Relations, Political Science, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields. Recent graduates with a degree in any of those fields are also eligible. Licenses and Other Requirements Valid California Class C Driver’s License. Required Documentation Official or unofficial transcripts showing completed coursework in a related field, or a degree certificate. Three writing or content samples (e.g., stories, press releases, social media posts, video). Photocopy of California Class C Driver’s License.
