Compensation:

$125,500 - $215,400 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective buyers through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert showings into successful transactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market to provide clients with valuable insights.
• Utilize feedback from clients to refine showing strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with property owners and listing agents to schedule and confirm showings efficiently.
• Leverage technology to manage appointments and track client interactions seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping people find their dream home.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the buying process.

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market or willingness to learn quickly to provide valuable insights to clients.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to track client interactions and follow up promptly.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying motivated and focused on client needs and goals.
