Compensation:

$125,000 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture leads to build strong, lasting relationships with potential buyers and sellers.
• Confidently guide clients through the property buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Manage transactions efficiently, maintaining clear communication and organization from the initial conversation to closing.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to enhance your skills and boost your confidence in the real estate market.
• Leverage marketing tools and operational support to focus on client engagement and deal production.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that aligns with your personal goals and lifestyle, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
