We’re looking for an experienced RV Technician who is  reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that values quality, teamwork, and accountability.

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, propane, and mechanical systems.

• Perform warranty, customer-pay, maintenance, inspections, and installations.

• Troubleshoot problems and complete quality repairs.

• Communicate with Service Advisors about diagnosis, parts, and repair status.

• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized.

• Take pride in doing the job right the first time.

• 2+ years of RV Technician experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of RV systems and troubleshooting.

• Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and team-oriented.

• RVIA/RVDA certification preferred, but experience matters.

This position is  flat-rate , meaning you are paid based on the  labor hours you complete and are credited for.

Your productivity can directly impact your paycheck.

We know our technicians are the heart of our Service Department.  We want our technicians working—not waiting.

Our team works proactively to keep technicians  busy, productive, and supported with the information, parts, and work they need. We continually work to improve scheduling, dispatching, and communication so our technicians can spend more time doing what they do best— repairing RVs.

We value technicians who  show up, communicate, take ownership, work efficiently, and care about the quality of their work.

• $35–$50/hour flat-rate based on experience
