Data Product Manager - SAP Analytics The role is located at Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with a hybrid (50/50) arrangement. Position Overview The Data Product Manager (SAP Analytics) leads the strategy, design, and delivery of trusted, high‑value data products for McCormick’s SAP Analytics. The role is accountable for the end‑to‑end lifecycle, quality, and adoption of SAP Analytics data products that enable measurable business outcomes across McCormick. Key Responsibilities Define the strategy and roadmap for SAP Analytics data products, partnering with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy. Direct planning, prioritization, and delivery of SAP Analytics products through an agile approach, managing backlog and coordinating with Data Engineers, Architects, and Stewards. Drive adherence to data quality, lineage, metadata, and compliance, embedding governance and regulatory requirements into product design. Enable stakeholders to find, understand, and use data with documentation, cataloging, and guidance, fostering a data‑driven culture. Define and track performance metrics to measure adoption, quality, and business impact, using insights to refine products. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. 9–12 years of experience in data product management, data strategy, or data governance within a complex or global organization. 5+ years of experience in SAP Analytics within the CPG, food, or manufacturing industries. Proven ability to manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products from vision to adoption. Strong understanding of data architecture, quality, metadata, and governance; ability to translate technical design to business value. Experience in Agile environments, collaborating with Data Engineering, IT, and business stakeholders. Excellent business acumen and communication skills, with a history of quantifying data product value. High accountability, ownership, and agility in managing evolving priorities and technologies.
