Now Hiring: Construction/Skilled Tradesman – $17/hr.

Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable skilled laborers to assist in the construction of modular buildings. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are ready to work with their hands, learn new skills, and grow within a company. No prior modular construction experience required — we provide training!
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays required) | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
What You’ll Do:
Work across multiple departments based on experience and business needs, including:
- Flooring, Plumbing, Electrical
- Framing & Structural Work
- Interior & Exterior Finishing
- Final Touch-Ups & Quality Checks
✔️ Basic Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines
✅ Qualifications:
- Construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Team player with basic tool knowledge (a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish prefered
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform bending, climbing, and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
