Overview

The Multi-Site Office Support Associate provides customer service and office support at multiple client locations throughout the MinneapolisSt. Paul area. Responsibilities include mail services, printing, phone support, copier/printer assistance, and general office support.

This is a driving position that requires flexibility to travel between customer locations based on daily business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and office support at multiple client locations.
• Sort, distribute, and deliver incoming and outgoing mail.
• Complete print, copy, and document-production requests.
• Answer phones and assist customers with general requests.
• Replace toner and provide basic printer and copier support.
• Coordinate equipment service calls when needed.
• Troubleshoot basic customer and equipment issues.
• Travel between assigned customer locations, sometimes multiple locations in one day.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Lift and transport mail, toner, supplies, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related customer service, office services, mailroom, print, or administrative experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing locations, priorities, and responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and required automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel between customer sites within approximately 4050 miles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
