Western States Lodging & Management is looking for a motivated and personable Outreach Liaison to join our corporate senior living team! This position plays an important role in supporting the growth of our senior living communities by building professional relationships, generating referrals, and expanding our presence in the markets we serve.

As an Outreach Liaison, you will support corporate outreach and business development efforts across our senior living portfolio. Working closely with corporate leadership and community sales teams, you will help identify potential referral partners, coordinate outreach initiatives, and generate qualified leads that contribute to increased occupancy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with professionals, and supporting the continued growth of our senior living communities.

• Competitive Pay - $52,500 – 60,000.
  • The starting rate is based on experience and qualifications. This position participates in our compensation program, which provides opportunities for future pay growth based on performance and career development.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations across assigned markets.
• Identify potential business development opportunities and support outreach efforts to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership and community sales teams to support referral development and occupancy goals.
• Conduct outreach visits, follow-up calls, and professional networking activities to strengthen referral relationships.
• Assist with planning and executing marketing events, community presentations, and professional networking opportunities.
• Support referral follow-up efforts and help connect prospective residents and families with appropriate senior living communities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referrals, and professional contacts within the CRM system.
• Assist with preparing reports and tracking outreach performance across assigned communities.
• Support corporate marketing and sales initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality with a passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with corporate teams and community leadership.
• Willingness to learn professional outreach strategies, referral development, and sales techniques.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to assigned communities and outreach appointments.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
