Patient Navigator & Front Desk Coordinator - Wound Care

Healogics

Healogics is seeking a Patient Navigator to support a busy outpatient wound care center. You will manage front desk operations, greet patients, schedule visits, verify insurance, and coordinate tests and transportation. This role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
