Are you passionate about skincare and helping clients feel confident? We're hiring a skilled Aesthetician to deliver exceptional beauty treatments in a welcoming, professional environment. Join us to grow your expertise and make a real difference for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials and body treatments.
- Provide personalized consultations to determine clients' specific needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines and products
- Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and track inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent guest services by creating a warm atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in the state of CA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments
