What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled ICU nursing care to critically ill patients
- Assess patient conditions continuously and implement appropriate interventions
- Use the Nursing Process to develop and modify care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Educate patients and families about treatments and post-discharge care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and CPI (or equivalent) certifications
- Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt behavior to different patient populations and settings
