What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU unit, respecting patient privacy and communication needs
Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
Assist in patient education tailored to individual learning needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, effectively managing resources and communication
Document care accurately using Epic documentation system
Demonstrate good judgment and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Follow infection control protocols, including exposure to blood and body fluids
Adapt care behaviors to meet diverse patient needs and promote customer satisfaction

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in the state of practice (Florida)
Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (12-month blue card) from Crisis Prevention Institute
Epic documentation experience

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
