What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU care, respecting patient privacy and individual needs
• Use the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise nursing staff as a leader
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records (EPIC)
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction throughout every interaction
• Respond to emergency situations with prompt, effective interventions

What You Need

• Required:
  • Current Florida RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including ICU
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • EPIC documentation experience
  • Specialty certifications in clinical areas
