Human Resources Specialist

Coconino County, AZ is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support day-to-day HR administration in Flagstaff, with hybrid work available. In this role, you will handle HRIS-based payroll and demographic data, assist with the coordination of county programs and supervisory academies, and support new employee orientation activities. The position involves moderate-difficulty administrative work across multiple HR functions under general supervision, including data accuracy checks and reporting. You will work extensively in Tyler Munis systems and help maintain confidentiality while supporting functional areas across the County.
