Excellent team culture! Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with a knack for precision and a strong understanding of machines and software. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that all our CNC machines are programmed to execute various tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. Your expertise in precision measurement, troubleshooting, and Mastercam software will be vital in maintaining the efficiency of our operations. This is a permanent position that requires at least 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and produce machinable CNC programs using Mastercam software. 2. Conduct precision measurements and inspections of completed products to ensure adherence to blueprint specifications. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs swiftly and effectively. 4. Modify and improve existing CNC programs to enhance efficiency and productivity. 5. Work closely with the manufacturing team to understand project requirements and implement appropriate programming solutions. 6. Train and guide junior staff on CNC programming and operation. 7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and industry standards. 8. Regularly monitor the machines and report any maintenance or repair needs. 9. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques for CNC programming. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proficiency in Mastercam software is a must. 3. Extensive experience in precision measurement and troubleshooting. 4. Strong understanding of the properties and identification of metal and other materials. 5. Knowledge of the latest CNC programming techniques and industry best practices. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 10.
