Nurse Practitioner

Overview SpineSearch is seeking an experienced or new graduate Nurse Practitioner to join a leading health system to join its growing team working with a spine surgeon. This position offers a mix of independent and collaborative clinical work, with the opportunity to manage your own patient panel and provide high-quality spine and pain management care across two locations. Schedule 3 days per week independently seeing patients 1 day per week collaborating with a supervising physician 1 administrative day for telehealth, patient follow-up, and documentation Flexible schedule including time split between Edison, NJ and Manhattan, NY Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with spine and pain-related conditions Develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate care Provide patient education and telehealth follow-ups Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient flow Requirements Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing and active NP license (NY and/or NJ) Board certification as an Adult, Family, or Acute Care NP Prior spine, orthopedics, or pain management experience preferred (open to new grads) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
