Responsibilities Build lasting relationships and create customers for life by listening carefully and understanding their needs Become the vehicle expert — master the full Ford and Lincoln lineup including features, packages, and the latest technology Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre‑owned vehicles tailored to each customer Guide customers confidently through the purchase process from first greeting to final delivery Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and build a personal book of business Learn to overcome objections and convert opportunities with professionalism and persistence Collaborate with the Sales Manager on daily objectives, planned activities, and performance reviews Represent Best Ford with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude every single day Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred; automotive experience a plus but not required — we will train the right person Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and hungry to maximize your earning potential Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Must successfully complete pre‑employment background check and drug screening WHY JOIN BEST FORD At Best Ford Lincoln, your income is directly tied to your effort — and the sky is the limit.
