We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join an in-person team in Long Island City, New York. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who communicates confidently in both English and Bengali and enjoys supporting customers in a fast-moving service setting. The role combines face-to-face assistance with administrative and data-related tasks, making it a strong fit for someone who can balance professionalism, accuracy, and initiative. You will work closely with a small team while helping improve daily operations and delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist drivers and other customers at the service window by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing clear in-person support.
• Review and interpret service and operational data using Excel to identify patterns, support reporting, and guide day-to-day decisions.
• Maintain spreadsheets and records with a high level of accuracy while helping organize information for operational use.
• Investigate chargeback-related matters, gather supporting details, and contribute to timely resolution when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements by recognizing service gaps, sharing recommendations, and helping implement more efficient workflows.
• Support documentation-related activities and administrative tasks tied to service operations and internal procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a small on-site team to manage customer volume in a busy, public-facing environment.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and routine operational tasks with limited supervision and strong follow-through.• Fluency in both English and Bengali is required.
• Demonstrated success in a face-to-face customer service role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong Excel skills, including working with spreadsheets, analyzing data, and using PivotTables.
• Ability to evaluate information carefully and make sound decisions based on findings.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable presence when assisting customers in person.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
• Background in taxi, transportation, vehicle operations, documentation support, or chargeback resolution is a plus.
