Welder Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring welder workers for a leading metal fabrication company in Rogers, MN. In this role, youll help create high-quality metal products for architectural construction and industrial markets while working with a relationship-driven team known for exceptional craftsmanship and customer service. Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel Read and accurately interpret blueprints and production drawings Use calipers, squares, protractors, and other precision measuring tools Assist with part assembly and fabrication tasks as needed Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards Inspect finished work to ensure specifications are met Minimum of 3 years of aluminum and stainless-steel welding experience Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding processes Previous experience in the sheet metal industry Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring equipment Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility to work overtime when needed Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
