Hands-On Quality Leader - Global Manufacturing

Quality Manager – Manufacturing (Hands‑On Leader) Build quality where it happens. Lead from the floor. Make a real impact. We’re hiring a hands‑on Quality Manager to lead quality across manufacturing operations and global suppliers. This is a high‑visibility, working leadership role—you’ll be on the production floor daily, solving problems, improving processes, and driving measurable results. What You’ll Do Own daily quality performance on the production floor—investigate defects, lead containment, and fix root causes Manage and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and CAPA processes Lead supplier quality & audits (domestic + international) and drive corrective actions Ensure compliance with retailer standards, QAFA, and SMETA audits Analyze data to reduce scrap, rework, returns, and customer complaints Lead continuous improvement / Lean initiatives and build KPI tracking What You Bring 10+ years of manufacturing quality experience (hands‑on leadership required) Metal and Consumer Products manufacturing experience (required) Experience with QAFA and SMETA audits (required) Strong background in root cause analysis, process control, and supplier quality Ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast‑paced environment Lean / Six Sigma and ERP experience (SAP a plus) Why This Role?
