Create individualized treatment strategies aimed at achieving both short-term milestones and long-term communication or swallowing goals.

Deliver focused, one-on-one speech therapy interventions in areas including communication, language, fluency, and swallowing.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams comprising physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families.

Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and progress beyond the therapy sessions.

Participate in occasional evaluations and interventions for inpatient speech therapy to ensure a seamless treatment experience.

Uphold meticulous documentation practices adhering to state and federal regulations.

Engage in continuous professional development and collaboration with peers to stay abreast of the latest practices in the field.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification essential within 30 days of starting.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for various age groups, coupled with an understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Ability to adapt treatment approaches that respect and incorporate cultural and linguistic diversity.
