Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics (RRT)

Florence, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holiday Rotation Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across all areas of the hospital within scope of practice
• Float to all hospital departments as needed, including labor and delivery
• Deliver critical care respiratory support to patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention
• Participate in holiday rotation and every-other-weekend scheduling as required by facility needs
• Contribute to emergency response efforts as assigned, including during hurricane season (June–November)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required; CRT not accepted
• Active South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (SC RCP) license must be in hand at time of start
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and NBRC (RRT) certifications — all must be in hand at time of start
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Recent critical care experience required
• Must be able to float to all areas of the hospital, including labor and delivery

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a large acute care or regional hospital setting
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
