Behavior One Autism Solutions is looking for an experienced Lead Behavior Technician to join our clinical team to provide quality and individualized services based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, and developmental delays. Job Requirements Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (e.g. DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home and community. Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis. Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification. Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication. Assist with training new hires to aid in the readiness of new employees by creating a positive job shadowing experience. Ability to interact in a positive manner with fellow staff members, families, and clients. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Provide evidence of negative TB test results.
