Position Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a leadership role at BlueSprig. The role involves championing clinical excellence, mentoring a team of clinicians, and cultivating a culture of client and staff success. Responsibilities Lead clinical initiatives and champion clinical excellence. Mentor and support a dedicated team of clinicians. Create a culture where the team and clients can thrive. Collaborate with clinical committees and provide guidance to clients and families. Participate in research initiatives through SprigLAB. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Compensation Total annual compensation up to $107,000+. Base annual salary: $92,000–$97,000. Annual individual bonus: up to $10,000+.
