About Us

We’re a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company dedicated to excellent service and innovative solutions. We’re hiring a Wholesale Area Manager to oversee B2B order fulfillment operations, manage team leads, ensure accurate and timely shipment of wholesale orders, optimize labor to meet daily revenue goals, train new hires, and collaborate cross-functionally to keep wholesale clients satisfied.

What You’ll Do

•       Manage wholesale B2B order fulfillment performance and ensure daily accuracy, on-time shipment, and order completeness targets are met.

•       Manage labor hours to meet daily revenue goals while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

•       Lead and coach wholesale team leads and their fulfillment crews; conduct team meetings and hold teams accountable to performance standards.

•       Train new hires on SOPs, wholesale picking and packing workflows, compliance requirements, and quality checks.

•       Collaborate cross-functionally (Inbound, Inventory, AM/CX, IT) to ensure wholesale orders ship accurately, on time, and in compliance with retailer requirements.

•       Monitor compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling requirements, and EDI/vendor compliance standards to avoid chargebacks.

•       Escalate risks and drive continuous improvement in wholesale fulfillment processes.

•       Be available with flexible hours during peak seasons and wholesale launches; participate in weekly client calls as needed.

What We’re Looking For

•       Experience: proven leadership in a high-volume 3PL or wholesale fulfillment environment.

•       Leadership & Teamwork: develops people, partners smoothly with other departments.

•       Wholesale & Compliance Knowledge: familiar with retailer routing guides, EDI, vendor compliance, and chargeback prevention.

•       Safety & Compliance: OSHA basics and a safety-first mindset.

•       Communication: clear, professional written and verbal skills.

•       Language: bilingual English/Spanish required.

•       Physical: on your feet most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
