Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements: We require at least 2–4+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. We need advanced expertise in Power Automate, including complex flow design, error handling, JSON parsing, expressions, custom connectors, and parent-child flow patterns. We prefer candidates with active Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Dynamics 365 core/sales/customer service credentials. We value experience with Power Automate Desktop and robotic process automation. We look for experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. We want hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, model-driven apps, and Dataverse architecture. We require proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET for plugins and custom workflow activities. We expect familiarity with REST APIs, OData, and JSON. We prefer exposure to Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Key Vault, as well as ALM tools like Azure DevOps and Solution Packager. We need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, including the skill to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners. We require an understanding of network architecture, client/server technology, internet and web-based applications, and the importance of confidentiality in handling public records. We expect the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, show initiative, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a high level of discretion. We value a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who contributes effectively in a team environment. We require a criminal record check, compliance with BC privacy laws, and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement. We prefer an AEC, DEP, or Skilled Trade Certificate. We require 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and 3 years as a Power Automate Developer. We require 2 years of experience with the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate credential. We prefer a Certified Associate JavaScript Programmer certification. We require RPA knowledge. Responsibilities: We design, develop, test, and deploy Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, and business process flows to automate recurring work and system integrations. We configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules to align with our operational needs using native tools, JavaScript, and C#. We connect Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external enterprise systems, legacy databases, and Microsoft 365 services through APIs, webhooks, and Azure services. We configure and manage Dataverse tables, columns, security roles, business rules, and data relationships. We partner with business analysts, stakeholders, and functional consultants to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions. We manage solution deployments across development, test, and production environments using Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps, or Git-based version control. We monitor flow performance, resolve issues, improve bottlenecks, and provide Tier 2/3 technical support for workflows and applications. We assist our staff with IT-related enquiries. We contribute to multiple large projects and initiatives that inform management, the Executive Team, and the Board of Directors.
