What We’re Looking For: Valid Michigan teaching certificate (upper elementary preferred) Trained (or willing to be trained) in LETRS and committed to research-based reading instruction Passionate about Social-Emotional Learning and supporting students’ well-being A positive, team-oriented educator who builds strong relationships Committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and empowered Effective communicator with students, families, and colleagues Skills That Help You Shine: A problem-solver who stays calm and resourceful.
