Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing treatment, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians Monitor patients' vital signs, report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team, and document patient information accurately and thoroughly Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, medication side effects, and post-discharge care Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards Requirements: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas Minimum of 0 years of experience in a treatment setting (new graduates welcome to apply!)
