About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Fractional Controller for our client, a growing multi-location restaurant brand. The company is entering a new phase of expansion, with a focus on geographic growth and strengthening its financial infrastructure to support long-term stability and performance. This role will provide hands-on financial leadership during a transition period while helping to build more robust processes, reporting, and operational insight for executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth transition of finance leadership Strengthen month-end close processes Improve oversight of outsourced accounting and payroll providers Enhance financial reporting and visibility for executive leadership Develop meaningful KPIs to support operational decision-making Support budgeting and forecasting processes Coordinate tax compliance (sales tax, income tax, and related filings) Qualifications Proven Controller-level experience (multi-unit or hospitality experience preferred) Strong operational finance background with hands-on execution Experience managing outsourced accounting and payroll functions Skilled in building reporting frameworks and performance metrics Comfortable partnering with non-finance executives and ownership Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High integrity, sound judgment, and results-driven mindset Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in professional services or multi-client environments is considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
