Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee campaigns across various channels with a strong focus on performance marketing. You will ensure the successful execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, with hands-on involvement in both Google Ads and Meta campaigns. Your exceptional communication and people management skills will be essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding our team of strategists toward continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional digital marketing buyers or strategists.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads) and paid social campaigns (Meta: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok).
• Oversee integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring business goals are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global teammates to align on cross-regional media strategy.
• Analyze SEM and cross-channel campaign performance data, providing actionable insights.
• Stay current on the latest SEM and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads or Search Ads 360.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager).
• Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy.
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Preferences

• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
