What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Recruit, source, and screen qualified candidates
✅ Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit
✅ Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, compliance, and orientations
✅ Build strong relationships with Spanish-speaking candidates and employees
✅ Coordinate daily workforce scheduling and candidate communications
✅ Maintain candidate records, payroll-related documentation, and recruiting activity
✅ Partner with hiring managers to fill openings quickly and efficiently
