Field Sales Professional

Serve as a consultative partner to schools, club select and travel programs, youth leagues, YMCA organizations, and community-based athletic programs Provide consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns Use CRM functions for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels Use data-driven business intelligence to identify trends and opportunities Manage the account list and travel throughout the assigned territory Build a pipeline of new business and expand multi-sport penetration Deliver post-sale service and maintain local client relationships Requirements 3+ years' business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background Associate's degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong time management skills Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM Distraction-free in-home office environment Must currently reside in/near the assigned location full-time Must live and travel 2-5 days per week in the territory Evenings and weekends may be required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship building within the sports industry.
