Kinaxis Solution Consultant

Job Opportunity

Support the design, development, and testing of new business processes in supply chain implementation and enhancement projects. Lead implementation, configuration, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities. Analyze current business challenges in existing processes and propose RapidResponse solutions based on business requirements. Conduct client workshops and participate in user story collection and requirement gathering activities. Monitor RapidResponse automation chains, scheduled tasks, and alerts within client environments. Architect, design, and develop solutions for product, project, and support delivery. Provide subject matter expertise for Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions and supply chain planning processes. Ensure continuous knowledge enhancement and adoption of new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements. Train and mentor team members to ensure adequate technical expertise and minimize delivery risks. Gather technical and business specifications and deliver effective solutions based on domain and technology understanding. Review project deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations. Recommend value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices related to supply chain technologies and processes.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience as a Solution Consultant with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience in supply chain management and planning processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems, processes, and business operations.
• Experience with requirement gathering and workshop facilitation.
• Ability to work with large data sets and perform analytical assessments.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, and configuration activities.

Experience:

• Experience in supply chain planning areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization.
• Experience designing and developing supply chain solutions.
• Experience leading implementation and support activities.
• Experience training and mentoring technical teams.
• Experience reviewing project deliverables and ensuring quality standards.
• Experience monitoring automation chains and operational alerts.
