Available positions include Quick Lane Technician, Entry-Level Service Technician, Experienced Service Technician, Heavy Line Technician, Transmission Technician, and Master Service Technician.

Quick Lube Technician responsibilities include checking and communicating oil levels, ensuring tire pressure, inspecting and refilling fluid levels, completing vehicle inspections, installing new oil drain plugs and filters, cleaning and lubricating fittings, and providing excellent customer service.

Service Technician responsibilities include performing work specified on the repair order, test-driving vehicles, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems, communicating directly with the Service Advisor, executing repairs under warranty, and operating electronic diagnostic equipment.

Qualifications include previous experience at an automotive dealership, a strong understanding of the service drive, years of experience vary per position, a high school diploma or equivalent, dexterity, mechanical and troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service skills, basic computer competencies, a positive, friendly attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork, the ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
