Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for practice in Nebraska
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially with students with more significant disabilities
• Ability to build rapport and adapt services to diverse learning needs
• Strong organization, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
• Consult with families and staff regarding student progress and recommended strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute assessments and therapy updates
