Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Structures Design Engineer to support Boeing’s 737 Airframe organization in Renton, WA. This role will focus on aircraft structural design and production support, requiring strong experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing design tools/processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support 737 aircraft structural design and production activities.
Develop and evaluate structural designs and provide technical solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
Apply Boeing design processes and engineering standards.
Support design changes and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace/Aeronautical, Materials, or related Engineering.
8+ years of structural design experience.
Hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and Boeing-specific design tools/processes.
Previous Boeing 737 Structures experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with DCCS, ETAC, and PDM preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
