Order Entry Representative

Order Entry Representative Location: Houston, TX We're looking for a Order Entry Representative to join our team and provide outstanding support to our customers and internal teams. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for order processing, customer inquiries, and service coordination while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities Create and enter sales orders for fuel, tanks, services and special projects with accuracy and detailed notes Receive telephone calls and handle caller inquiries in a professional manner Coordinate customer deliveries with other terminals Communicate with sales representatives and dispatchers regarding customer needs Other related tasks as assigned by manager Basic Requirements Reside within reasonable commuting distance Must be willing to work weekends and holidays Minimum one year's experience in a high-volume data entry and customer service environment Minimum one-year recent phone experience in a corporate environment communicating with customers Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs Must be able to type minimum of 30 WPM Must be motivated, able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and work well in a team environment Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines Adept at problem solving Professional appearance and demeanor Stable employment history Must be able to pass background screening Clear concise written and verbal communication skills, must be able to accurately repeat information back to the customer Flexible with change Willingness to accept constructive criticism and learn Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a positive demeanor Preferred SAP experience Experience in the fuel or transportation industry preferred Customer Service phone experience Attendance Requirements: Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory, including arriving at the time as scheduled Why Join Us Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and sick time Team-focused, customer-driven environment Opportunities to grow and develop your skills Supportive leadership and training Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans RelaDyne and its affiliates is an equal opportunity employer.
