\n Position Highlights\n

• 100% Outpatient Internal Medicine practice
\n • Monday – Friday clinic schedule
\n • Option for four-day work week
\n • Hospitalist team manages all inpatient responsibilities
\n • Well-established practice supported by three physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers
\n • Collaborative team environment with strong specialty access
\n • Focus on delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care

\n Clinical Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
\n • Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
\n • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions including:
\n • Hypertension
\n • Diabetes
\n • Cardiovascular disease
\n • Respiratory illnesses
\n • Preventive care and wellness management
\n • Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic tests
\n • Prescribe medications and implement evidence-based treatment plans
\n • Provide preventive care counseling and patient education
\n • Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n • Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)

\n Schedule\n

• Monday – Friday outpatient clinic
\n • Option for four-day work week
\n • 1:10 evening call rotation
\n • Hospitalist team manages inpatient care
\n • Emergency Department coverage handled by EM physicians

The Great Falls Clinic operates a modern acute care hospital with a full range of specialty services , including:

• 36 inpatient beds
\n • 10-bed Open ICU
\n • 2 cardiac catheterization labs
\n • 8-bed pre/post procedure unit
\n • 5 operating rooms + 4 OR surgery center
\n • Dedicated 5 observation beds
\n • Busy 8-bed Emergency Department with experienced staff
\n • Extensive specialty referral network available in-house

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
\n • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
\n • Eligible for Montana medical licensure
