Field Service Representative I - San Antonio, TX (Solventum) Field Service Representative will serve healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining cutting‑edge medical device equipment, and by building and maintaining superior customer relationships. Responsibilities Supports customers, including patients and hospital staff, providing superior customer service with customer‑centric solutions. Executes timely and accurate order management using company‑issued computers and electronic documentation. Obtains and evaluates information regarding service and product inquiries and provides prompt responses and appropriate follow‑up; gathers customer feedback and escalates to management as needed. Assists customers in locating missing medical equipment within customer locations or the service environment. Safely operates a company vehicle to support equipment delivery, retrieval, and onsite customer service. Prepares medical device equipment (cleaning, disinfecting, quality validation, routine maintenance), disposables, and documentation for delivery. Organizes and executes assigned tasks to meet customer timeframes for service. Tracks inventory control of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies; contacts customers regarding coordination of delivery and return of products. Accurately prepares, picks, packs, ships, and receives inbound and outbound shipments using third‑party partners; loads and unloads medical equipment from company vehicles. Follows all work and safety instructions and conforms to company and departmental policies and procedures; maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or higher. Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing or service‑related experience. Current, valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications Ability to work non‑traditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on‑call duties. Ability to meet physical requirements of the position through fitness testing as required by the Job Safety Analysis. Experience with Microsoft Office and iOS applications. Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication, and time‑management and prioritization skills. Other Job Details Work location: Onsite In‑Service Territory. Travel: May include up to 10% domestic. Relocation assistance is not authorized. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is $39,360 – $54,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay.
