Licensed Insurance Agent

We are seeking a self motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance solutions that meet their needs, educate them on coverage options, and support the agency in generating new business, and assist in servicing existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a very strong work ethic, good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties Provide quotes, explain policy features, and help clients understand coverage options, and issue new business. Follow up with prospective clients to generate new leads and close sales. Conduct thorough needs analyses and reviews for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products, make sure they have proper coverage, and shop with our carriers for the most competitive price. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction for both new and existing clients. Documenting all customer interactions and storing copies of all documentation in the AMS. Adhere to the strict guidelines and regulations set forth by the Department of Insurance and Insurance carriers. Uphold high ethical standards and honesty. Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on insurance products and regulations Qualifications Must have at least 2 years of Personal lines Insurance agency experience. Captive is fine but independent agency experience preferred. Must possess active GA Property & Casualty license. GA Life & Health license is a plus. Must be willing to get Life licensed if not already. High School diploma and must be able to pass financial services background checks. Retail insurance sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient with Agency managements systems, MS Office, and carrier software.
