Description Velaz Solar & Roofing is looking for motivated Entry‑Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team in New Jersey . This role is ideal for individuals who want to start or grow a career in sales while representing different types of home improvement services , including solar, roofing, and other residential solutions for homeowners. No solar or roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to learn how to speak with homeowners, present solutions, handle objections, and build a successful career in sales. We are looking for people who are coachable, motivated, professional, and excited to grow in a performance‑based sales environment. What You’ll Do Speak with homeowners about home improvement services Learn how to present solar, roofing, and residential service solutions Help identify customer needs and explain available options Follow up with leads, appointments, and customer opportunities Build trust with homeowners through professional communication Use CRM tools to manage customer information and sales activity Work with the team to meet weekly and monthly sales goals Participate in sales training, coaching, and team development What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications No previous solar or roofing experience required Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable speaking with homeowners and potential customers Motivated by growth, performance, and earning potential Ability to follow a sales process and receive coaching General computer proficiency Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation English proficiency Authorized to work in the United States Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday , including Saturdays Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, appointment setting, or door‑to‑door sales Spanish‑English bilingual proficiency Interest in solar, roofing, home improvement, or residential sales Compensation & Benefits Estimated earnings: $68,000–$120,000 per year , including base salary plus commission Uncapped commission opportunities 1 Week Paid training Ongoing sales coaching and leadership development Pre‑set appointments and company support Competitive 401(k) savings plan with company match Life insurancePerformance incentives and recognition opportunities To reward you, we offer: Rolex watches, a Porsche all‑expenses‑paid trips to Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Europe.
