About the Opportunity\n

\n

One of the region’s most well-regarded healthcare facilities in spectacular Wyoming is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its outpatient team.\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n

\n

    \n
  • \n

    Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages

    • \n
  • \n

    Diagnose, manage, and treat both acute and chronic medical conditions

    • \n
  • \n

    Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans

    • \n
  • \n

    Focus on preventive care, patient education, and overall wellness

    • \n
  • \n

    Document patient encounters accurately in EMR and ensure continuity of care

    • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, coordinated care

    • \n
