Job Description

The Marketing E-Commerce Analyst at Aircraft Spruce and Specialty plays a vital role in supporting multiple departments through vendor research, product onboarding, and managing digital marketing assets. This position directly impacts company sales and inventory management while working closely with the marketing team to meet organizational goals. Based in Corona, California, and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the analyst supports e-commerce efforts using content management system (CMS) and other proprietary tools.

  Job Responsibilities

• Identify potential vendors and evaluate new or comparable products for Purchasing, Sales, and Avionics departments
• Collect and review vendor setup information including product specifications, POP materials, digital assets, and credit details
• Prepare and route approved digital and print media for company website and catalogues
• Manage orderly filing and maintenance of digital and print media using spreadsheets and physical systems
• Resolve vendor/product discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and management
• Collect, analyze, and summarize marketing tracking data and trends to support decision-making
• Participate in educational opportunities to continuously update job knowledge
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure departmental and company goals are achieved

 

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in an e-commerce role.
• Good experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word
• Experience with Photoshop or similar graphic software
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional language a plus
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Lifelong learner with interest in acquiring new skills and techniques
