About the Position

Job Title: RN Medical Oncology Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS; preferred certifications in Med Surg, Palliative Care, ONS Must-Have: The right attitude to put the patients first. Description: Travel position for RN in Medical Oncology. Available for night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to oncology patients. Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals. Administer inpatient chemotherapy per established protocols. Conduct hourly rounds on day shift and every two hours after 9 PM. Utilize electronic whiteboards and mobile devices for communication. Support a patient-centric environment founded on compassion and kindness. Adhere to unit policies and guidelines while ensuring safety and compliance. Recognized for excellence in Medical Surgical Nursing. Encouraged to participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities. Experience with Meditech documentation and remote telemetry is preferred.
